usecelo is a software product with usage-based generation credits. We aim to be fair, clear, and fast if there is a billing issue.

Subscriptions

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or when a duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred.

Credits and top-ups

Purchased credits and included generation credits are normally non-refundable once they are granted to the account. If a payment error or billing mistake occurs, contact us and we will review it.
